Christmas Eve

The kids playing on Christmas eve with their Kangaroo Climber they got from Grandpa John and Grandma BB.

This is one of the best pictures I have gotten in a long time!

This year for Christmas eve we let the kids open one of their gifts mainly for their Daddy. Dallas can't stand waiting until Christmas morning to open his presents. He is like a four year old when it comes to gifts always proclaiming, "I will like it just as much now as I will on Christmas morning." Over the years I have given in more and more and I imagine it will get more difficult to hold off once the kids get old enough to join in the banter with Daddy.

We decided to let them open the Yo Gabba Gabba dancing Brobee. One of their favorite shows is definitely Yo Gabba Gabba and they love to dance with the songs. Brobee is one of the characters and he moves his feet, waves his arms, dances, and plays music. They loved it immediately but Paige wouldn't leave it alone and let it dance. She wanted to hold its hand and dance or pick it up and hold it while they danced. By bedtime the arms were already squeaking as they went around from being pulled on.

After they finished playing with Brobee I let them open a couple of gifts that were from Debbie. I knew Debbie had given them bath toys so I let them open them to have new toys for bath that night. Thank you Debbie they loved them!

Paige was really into opening presents this year.

They really liked the bath tub basketball goal.

Dressed for bed in our Christmas pjs and ready for Santa to visit...
